Of course you have – and I am sure you have heard of forsalebyowner.com, a website marketed towards homeowners to sell their homes on their own. (I think this is a genius “concept” but all homeowners should hire a realtor when buying or selling property, especially now)
You would think a man who created this company would stand by his product by using it to sell his own home, right?
I know you already know the answer — he in fact used a real estate agent to sell his property in NYC.
